I offer individual therapy to adult clients aged 21 years and over. I draw from cognitive behaviour therapy, schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy skills to develop individually-tailored treatment plans to suit my clients’ needs.
I provide face-to-face and telehealth appointments. For the first appointment, I meet with my clients face-to-face.
I am unable to provide assistance with drug and alcohol issues, eating disorders, WorkCover, medico-legal reports, insurance reports, or letters for university. I am also unable to offer immediate crisis support.

You can contact my reception team at whichever clinic you would like to see me in. I work at both Southside Health & Wellbeing in Hurstville (02 9579 2480) and at Equilibrium Psychology in Sydney CBD (02 9262 6156).
When you contact either clinic, you can expect a thorough triage process. This process will take some time, but rest assured it is done with your best interests in mind to find you the right fit. The triage process is a little different at each clinic, and you can ask the reception team you contact to explain it to you.

You can reach my reception teams anytime by using the details on my bookings page. Please note that they may take a business day or two to get back in touch with you. I work in two Sydney based clinics, so please be sure to contact the clinic you wish to see me in.

You do not need a referral to see me.
However, if you would like a rebate from Medicare, please speak with your GP to see if you are eligible for a Mental Health Care Plan. Alternatively, you may check if your private health insurance covers psychological services and what their requirements are to claim rebates from them.

I am warm, curious, collaborative, honest, and straightforward. I take the time to get to know my clients so that I can support them as best I can. Everyone is different, so understanding the person in front of me is key to what I do.
If you are curious to learn more about what it my approach is like and how I think, please feel free to browse my blog.

The fit between you and your psychologist is really important. There are a few things to consider here and so I have written a blog post on this topic.
